We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us no less than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but please respect our time as we respect yours.

10-Minute Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to avoid delays for other clients. Your punctuality is appreciated to ensure you receive the full attention you deserve during your appointment time.
